Power/Ability:
In a word- speed, though it is far more then that. Pietro's body is adapted to high speed running, capable of reaching speeds past mach 10. His cardiovascular and respiratory systems far more efficient than those of a normal human; in addition, his joints are smoother and far more efficient in order to prevent them wearing down from the stress.
He metabolizes near 95% of his food intake in order to support this extreme expenditure of energy, to a normal human's 25%, using nearly every calorie. This leaves him with very little in the way of fat reserves, meaning he does not do well having missed meals.
His body does not produce the chemical which causes fatigue, instead this are released through his accelerated respiration, allowing him to require far less rest.
His tendons have the strength of spring steel and his bones contain unknown materials which are far more durable than calcium, allowing him to withstand the shocks of his feet touching the ground at speeds a human could never achieve or withstand.
His reaction time, and other brain processes are many times fast than a normal human's, ensuring that he can process his surrounding while traveling at high velocities.
His speed picks up the longer he runs, and he can maintain a steady speed for a minimum of several hours before needing to rest. With enough speed, he can run across water, or up the sides of buildings.
His body, or rather his whole molecular structure is constantly vibrating, something undetectable to the human eye, though it is more evident on film. He has yet to have a picture taken where he is not a touch blurry. Applied properly, Pietro can use this vibration to destabilize atomic matter, causing it to fall apart of explode by touching it.
His speed requires a certain amount of strength in order to maintain, making him significantly stronger than a normal human. In addition he is capable of resisting impact forces that would kill a normal human without suffering internal injuries.

History: Born to Erik Lehnsherr, know to most of the world as Magneto, Pietro never really knew his mother. With a distant father, bent on terrorism and world domination, Pietro latched onto his twin sister, seeing her as his best friend and only real support. At the age of five his father completed the mutant haven of Genosha and the family was moved there at once, where it was thought they would be safe. Magneto was hard on Pietro, seeing the twins as a constant reminder of his love for a human, with Pietro baring the brunt of it as he didn't have the fortune of resembling their mother as Wanda did.
Despite constant ridicule and harassment, Pietro was eager to earn his father's approval, the first hint of which he saw when his mutant powers developed. Barely into their teens, Magneto had the twins join him and the Brotherhood on missions.
They were well versed in his anti homosapien views, and soon became formidable members of the Brotherhood. Magneto took every opportunity to put Pietro down, but this only made him more determined. Pietro became quite skilled with explosives, being able to detonate and escape with less time wasted then others, though a bitter part of him has always suspected he is given this task in the hopes that he might mistakenly blow his hands off.
As time passed, their missions grew more deadly, and over hearing his father state that even his children were expendable Pietro decided it was no longer safe for them there. Or more aptly, it was no longer safe for Wanda. He convinced her to leave, saying they would only be safe if one of them stayed to keep their father from seeking retribution, and Wanda, being his favourite, was less likely to earn his wrath.
He kept their secret as long as he could, given Wanda plenty of time to get away, but Magneto, suspecting Pietro knew where she had gone, was harsh with interrogations. Upon finding that he had been the one to plant the idea in her head, and worse, lied about it, Magneto took actions to ensure his son would not follow her in running. Pietro was shot at close range, blowing out his knee caps, which were replaced with a high percentage of metal components, putting him out of commission in the short term, and keeping him under his father's thumb for the long term. He is now incapable of running without his father's leave, as he can simply be plucked from the air, stopped in his tracks, and effective form of control and punishment.

Character Physical Description: Tall and sleek, Pietro has the body of a runner, with pale alabaster skin and silvery white hair. He has the same blue eyes as the rest of his family. He is unmistakably his father's son, though when side by side lacks is father's commanding presence.
Character Personality: Pietro has never really lived for himself. He has spent far too long seeking his father's approval, he has lost sight of what he wants for himself. He has so often been belittled and mocked, that he has come to believe he is unworthy, often going to extreme lengths to try and earn his father's love and respect.
He is highly ambitious, and when left to his own devices, a good leader. He speaks well, and can lead a team safely through a mission, though his father wuld argue it is results, and not causalities that are the real concern.
He is impatient, hardly a surprise when his world is so fast. In his own mind, he is quite patient indeed. He is incredible determined, and won't back down from a challenge. He can be a bit of a daredevil, trusting his speed to keep him safe, allowing him to linger longer in dangerous situations, often waiting until the very last moment before taking off.
